Based in the heart of the UK, our headquarters in Staffordshire and manufacturing plant in Warwickshire are ideally placed to serve the whole of Europe and beyond. We hold large stocks of all products, ensuring quick delivery and no importation lead times typically seen with distributors.
Our purpose built plant offers world leading facilities including a research and development laboratory, testing facility, large stock warehouse, tote and drum filling lines and small vessel packing plant.
Our customer service team process all orders, which can be placed verbally, by email or via our fully automated online ordering system. Technical enquiries are handled within 24 hours by our fully qualified Lab technicians, whether it be about application, testing or suitability for purpose.
Our products are tested for many applications including chemical resistance, anti-microbial, anti-fouling,
electrical resistance, fire retardancy and many other standards too. Our fire rated products are certified

Elastothane manufactures spray applied polyurea, polyurethane, hybrids, primers and top coats. All of our polyurea’s, polyurethanes and hybrid coatings are spray applied at a ratio of 1:1 with a plural component reactor, typically at 70oC and at a pressure of 2500 - 3000 psi. Our primers and top coats can all be applied with conventional spray equipment.
Available in totes, drums and pails, our coatings are available un-pigmented, black, grey & white. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, and 12pm Friday will be received next day. Large orders that exceed shelf stock, can normally be manufactured in 10 working days, and then shipped on a next day basis in the UK.
