ELBAK was established in 1971 at the heart of the Greek agricultural center – Larissa at the foothill of Mount Olympus. Its main active role is in the field of fruits processing and canning. The fruits are processed in less than 24 hours after harvesting and are “hand picked”. These are yellow cling stone peaches, apricots, pear, cherries and other red fruits. They are pasteurized and hermetically sealed in glass jar or metal cans.
