Bandarra is an homage to the nostalgic golden age of vermouth. A time when the bars of Barcelona hand painted the tapas they offered on their windows with colourful lettering to attract passers-by.
El Bandarra was founded by the Virgili Bros, a set of twins whose family own the 19th Century winery Casa Berger. Their grandfather crafted the winery’s first aperitif in 1962 and they turned into El Bandarra, a fun and unapologetic brand that stands out for its unique bottle that reflect the golden age of vermouth in Barcelona, its vintage vibes and its one of a kind communication.
