A non profit organization contribute to the realization of the human rights laid down in the Universal Declaration of Hu- man Rights, in particular for minorities, by promoting education, equal rights for men and women, an international outlook, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding, as well as the promotion of development cooperation in North Africa. At Elbiro we are guided by three core values that are sustainable connections, quality media publication and innovative spaces. Our mission is to provide innovative and decentralized resource space for journalists and media professionals from Mediterranean region.
