OUR STORY: The idea of creating El Brunch Blog was born on a Sunday in Casco Viejo (Panama City, Panama) after many waffles, eggs benedict, and mimosas. Something that I have acquired over the years is knowledge and passion for food. Each place I have visited in the world has its own personality, history, cuisine, and style. Always trying the local recommendations, I have had magical, wonderful, and terrifying culinary experiences. Brunch (breakfast + lunch) is an experience, a meeting, a party.
