ElCoder

Elcoder is a non-profit civil organization dedicated to enriching the computer science community through knowledge sharing, practical learning, and community-driven events. Our mission is to create inclusive, branch-based ecosystems within schools and universities to empower the next generation of software engineers. We focus on providing high-quality CS courses, developer meetups, and hands-on activities that bring students together to learn, build, and grow. Elcoder operates through local chapters—currently active in the Faculty of Computers and Data Science at Alexandria University, and Elcoder Youth, a special branch that collaborates with schools to prepare students for careers in software engineering before they enter university. We believe in the power of accessible education, peer-to-peer learning, and community building as key drivers for real impact in tech.
