We specialize in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) based fabrication of surface mount components (SMCs) and assemblies (SMAs). We also offer Through-Hole based prototyping and fabrication. Our high-speed Yamaha SMT assembly lines are capable of facilitating over 30,000 component placements per hour. We provide accurate placement of parts from 0201-50 sq. mm, including micro ball grid array (BGA), thin quad flat pack (TQFP), plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC) and many other odd-form components.
Our SMT assemblies benefit from state-of-the-art IR reflow and are 100% quality checked using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) prior to final assembly.
