Aging Life Care Managers provide solutions for older adults, individuals with chronic illnesses or special needs, and their families.
Care Managers are credentialed professionals with degrees in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing or Human Services. Our Certified Care Managers (CMC) have earned a national certification recognized after meeting the education, experience requirements and passing the national exam. Care Managers have extensive knowledge of costs, quality, government entitlements, eligibility, community resources and availability of services for older adults.

Prior to being hired, we require:
Complete Federal background investigation, application with education, employment, certifications, and personal references, DMV report, auto insurance, negative TB test, face to face interview, orientation ; mentor training, CPR training is offered to all employees. Regular paid in service training is provided by Care Managers and CEU units are provided.
