Elderwerks Educational Services

Elderwerks Educational Services is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Our expert advisers help caregivers, older adults, seniors, and families navigate senior housing, care, benefits, and services available to them. We act as "senior guidance advisors" offering information, referrals, and guidance for senior living such as: assisted living, Alzheimer's care, skilled nursing facilities, retirement living, independent living, CCRC's, hospice, home care, rehab or support services (elder law attorneys, Medicare experts, SRES Realtors, etc.). We also provide information on veteran's benefits, local and federal benefits and other senior benefits. Elderwerks offers consumer education, senior expos, support groups and caregiver conferences. We provide professional continuing education for nurses, social workers, professional counselors, and nursing home administrators. Elderwerks produces the Elderwerks Senior Resource Directory for Illinois which includes all local and federal benefits, services for seniors, and supportive information to help older adults stay home well or transition successfully.
