He specializes in providing customized curriculum and training suited to enhance the level of operational standards and customer service for any hospitality establishment. Being an active ACTA certified Trainer and College Lecturer for the business and hospitality industry himself, he keeps up to date with industry norms and trending practices in the industry through his own career, businesses and exclusive networks.
