I am Dr. K, and I am the Founder of eLearning Designs Group. I have been teaching adult learners for nearly a decade. I earned my Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Management and have taught online courses for various universities throughout the years. Some of the courses that I have taught include, Organizational Development and Change, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, Introduction to Social Media, etc. As well as developed content for courses such as Communicating in Business, Strategic Management and Policy, and Dynamics in Management. I started eLearning Designs Group because I am passionate about the field of education and I always say that I am a lifelong learner. I like to make learning fun, interactive, and allow students to express their creativity through critical thinking, tools, and collaboration with others.
