ELECLEAN® is a start-up company derived from the Industrial Technology Research Institute in Taiwan. The new innovative ELECLEAN is dedicated to creating a safe and sustainable planet. With the focus on disinfection of home appliances, we specialize in utilizing water to produce reactive oxygen species (ROS) solution by electrochemistry in-situ. ELECLEAN is the first ever portable sterilizing device that eliminates bacteria and viruses. ELECLEAN culture of positivity, mindfulness, creativeness, and kindness has helped the company earn rapid recognition. It has won Taiwan’s SNQ certification and Silver awards, Germany’s iF Product Design Award, Japan’s Good Design Award, the Taiwan Excellence Awards, the Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award, and the CES Household Appliance Innovation Award. Disinfectant and sanitizers are generally composed from chemicals which may cause teratogenicity, carcinogenicity, or skin diseases. Due to that ELECLEAN carried the responsibility to develop this product with no chemical requirement, in-situ production, and green. The product requires only to pour water in and after adding water in the container, simply press the button to produce ROS and spray where/when is needed. ELECLEAN can remove 99.99% of contagions like E.coli, H1N1, and enterovirus can be destroyed. For the business model, ELECLEAN can be presented in both B2B and B2C models.
