Mission Statement:
The mission of ETC is to secure public oversight and control over the every step of New York state’s elections by preventing the elimination of long standing constitutional safeguards so that the public can be certain that election results accurately reflect the will of the voters. ETC seeks a court declaration that concealed vote counting, as mandated by the Election Reform and Modernization Act, is unconstitutional; such a ruling would preserve our existing transparent voting system and establish a precedent for the rest of the nation.
ETC is a project of the International Humanities Center, a 501(c)(3) organization.
