Electoral Calculus

Electoral Calculus is a political consultancy specialising in quantitative analysis and modelling for electoral and other market research projects. It was founded by Martin Baxter, its CEO. A well-known public side of the company is its website (www.electoralcalculus.co.uk) which provides analysis, comment and predictions of general elections, polls and democracy. Political quantitative analysis can give a unique insight into elections at national and local level. Tools available include result prediction, estimation of likely results under client-chosen scenarios, analysis of the link between national and local results, and real-time election result analysis. Additionally the tools developed can also be used in non-political market research contexts to extrapolate national market research results down to fine-detail local geographical levels. Electoral Calculus has built a reputation over the years as a trusted provider of electoral facts, data and predictions.
