I am currently studying for the EIT's and have been doing electrical and fire alarm for the past 7-10 years and studying the code that goes along with it. I can do site surveys as well electrical, which would include the layouts and panel/total demand loads, and then the single-line diagram to which would include sizing up the services and conductors and what panels to spec in or equivalent. Additionally, I do the fire alarm design layout as well which includes the riser diagram and Silent Knight Cut Sheets, however, anything equivalent can be substituted but it will include the battery and voltage calculations on the fire alarm control panel. If mechanical and plumbing is needed I do have a guy who is a PE in mechanical that can do that for extra. Drawings will be stamped and approved upon completion by my PE.
