Since 1949, Electro Chemical has been a leader in the war on industrial corrosion. We pioneered the first fluoropolymer lining systems for corrosion control in the 1960's, and currently offer a complete line of time-tested fluoropolymer lining systems for tanks, pressure vessels, distribution equipment and internal components in addition to inspection and chemical testing services.
Corrosion Materials:
Electro Chemical offers the broadest selection of fluoropolymer linings systems in the industry. In addition to fluoropolymers for severe environments, we also provide thermoplastic, elastomer, rubber and thermoset linings for less severe corrosive conditions. We are experienced in the application of PVDF, PVC, E-CTFE, ETFE, FEP, PFA, PTFE, PTFEm, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, baked phenolics, neoprene, hypalon, chlorobutyl, vinyl ester and epoxy systems.
Quality:
As a full service ISO-9001 turnkey supplier, we provide corrosion control solutions for both new and existing equipment. Our OSHA and confined space trained technicians are available for field deployment for new equipment or maintenance and repair when it is impractical to do the work at our facility.
Plant Services:
In addition to tanks and linings, Electro Chemical is also a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection certified inspector for above ground storage tanks, and provides turnkey tank installation, removal, and disposal services. These services include inspection, installation and maintenance of fluoropolymer linings, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), process piping and chemical resistant flooring systems at customer locations.
