About Laboratory for Electrocatalysis - National Institute of Chemistry
The Laboratory for Electrocatalysis is a research group within the Department of Materials Chemistry at the National Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Our primary goal is to provide a state-of-the-art and fun working environment as a basis for developing future experts and, at the same time, successfully pursuing scientific challenges in the field of energy conversion. We employ a multidisciplinary approach to study the performance of electrocatalysts for various applications, such as low-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells, water electrolyzers, and carbon dioxide reduction. We are always on the lookout for new ideas and ways to optimize and automate existing procedures.
