Established in 1974 with an objective to create import substitute equipment in the field of Power Electronics.
The first product developed was the High-Frequency Di-Electric Pre-Heater for removing moisture from Di-electric powders like Bakelite Urea Melamine before moulding.
In 1989, we introduced Induction Cap Sealing Machine for the first time in India for Procter & Gamble’s Vicks Vaporub.
We have 3 brands, Sigma Therm (Induction Heating), Sigma CapSeal (Induction Cap Sealers) & Sigma Weld (Digital Welding Inverters).
Sigma Therm- Under this we design, manufacture and installs the widest possible range of Induction Heating Equipments. We have fully ranged machinery based on IGBT, MOSFET, THYRISTOR or ELECTRON TUBE circuitry and power capacity range from 5kw to your job requirement.
Some of the Induction Heating applications are- Surface Hardening, Annealing, Pan Brazing, Resin Bonding, Wire Cutting, and Forging etc.
Sigma CapSeal- We are primarily engaged in the designing and manufacturing of induction cap sealing machines, Wad Inserting M/C, Flip Top Cap Folding M/C, Cap Assembly Machines and Vision Inspection System.
Cap sealers create a hermetic induction seal which is used to protect the content from damage, inhibit all kinds of leakages, and provide tamper resistance.
Our machines are widely used in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, confectionary and numerous other packaging industries.
Sigma Weld- Our models are sophisticated IGBT based welding inverters which offer total digital control required for finer welding in Manual Arc Welding (MMA), Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG), High-Frequency TIG Welding (HFTIG), Pulse TIG Welding and Metal Inert Gas Welding (MIG).
Now with over 350 people, and sales & service centres in the USA, EUROPE, AFRICA & Middle East we have a well-organized setup to cater to our global clients.
For the above reasons, our products are accepted in over 80 countries.
