For almost 2 decades been working in the field of application engineering. Beginning in research and development department with micro controller based programing adding soft features and AI into the equipment's we built. Within 4 years built many products, added over 80 user friendly features that helped increase productivity and ensuring quality.Developed the SigmaWeld product line and went through the entire cycle from concept to market, creating products which are loaded with user centric functionalities and built with shop floor feedbacks. This has helped place SigmaWeld in the top welding inverter brands in India.Developed and installed many automation projects around the Welding Applications of GTAW and GMAW, customized miniature SAW heads and many more.Happy to have contributed to more than 10,780 welding inverter installations in the country and abroad, with automation projects for mission cititcal applications such as Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence, Power and many others saving valuable energy consumption while replacing traditional equipment's such as thyristors and transformers.Developed the Pre Weld and Post Weld Heat Treatment Induction Heaters with flexible coils for ease of wrap around for Pre Heating applications in Cross Country Pipelines, Pressure Vessles , Earth Moving Equipments and Bucket manufacturers. Induction Heating Solutions ensure consistancy , repeated results with lower time to temperature and power consumption. Happy to have helped saved over 60% of set up time and 40% energy costs for Pre Heating when compared to Resistance Heaters for many of our customers.Keep Learning Keep Growing
