We have the following business verticals: Machine Manufacturing Division (MMD): The MMD offers machines for different requirements of forming. Our product range includes hydraulic presses, servo presses, tube bending machines, angle punching machines, SPMs. We have indigenous strengths in all the core technologies of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and even electronics/PLC/CNC that go to build a machine of superior standards. Component Manufacturing Division (CMD): The CMD leverages our years of experience in forming technology to produce formed parts and assemblies using innovative and cost-effective alternatives such as tube and sheet hydroforming, specialized tube bending and end forming, servo pressing, etc. to conventional forming, thereby providing our customers the advantage of superior product performance-to-cost. CMD provides batch and mass production of formed components/ assemblies. Drives and Controls Division (DCD): EP has its own indigenously developed range of AC servo drives and a family of brushless servo motors for a variety of applications. Designed with the latest DSP and IGBT technologies, these state-of-the-art drives provide exceptional system performance at an unmatched price. Strategic Project Division (SPD): SPD undertakes turnkey projects and systems based on specific requirements. Our scope of work- from concept design to execution is undertaken for various naval, defence and allied applications. Fluid Power Division (FPD): Our FPD manufactures pneumatic valves, cylinders, accessories, hydraulic cylinders, power packs, intensifiers, etc. These proven designs are built to stringent quality control standards and tested for multi-million cycles.
