At Electrotec we buy major manufacturer returns and refurbish them to graded standard for sale to the public or retailers. The usual reasons for these returns are they are either; unwanted presents, incorrect deliveries, packaging damaged, minor cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories or minor faults. These returns are then tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Where a repair is required this is done by one of our qualified electronic engineers, using manufacturer provided parts. Acting as the returns centre and warranty agent has enabled Servicecare to gain the unique skills to ensure the graded products meet exacting standards and are suitable for re-sale.
