Elektroforeningen (EFO) er en bransjeforening for produsenter, importører og grossister av elektroteknisk materiell, utstyr og løsninger.
Samlet omsetter våre medlemmer for over 50 milliarder norske kroner og de har over 13000 årsverk. EFO fylte 100 år i 2018, så historien er lang.
EFO driver Norges største varadatabase for elektroprodukter, EFObasen, med ca 300.000 produkter med tilhørende produktinformasjon – og er en aktiv pådriver for digitalisering av byggebransjen. På vegne av en samlet norsk byggevarebransje er vi ansvarlig for implementering av den internasjonale standarden ETIM i Norge. Vi er medeier av selskaper som Boligmappa, B-Link og Renas,og en av stifterne av Eliaden.
