Electromagic is a successful, self-financed company, with a history of over 20 years and a leader in the Albanian market representing Miele, Teka, KitchenAid, Vox Electronics, Nilfisk, and Nobo brands that offer B2C & B2B quality solutions. Electromagic started out with a small domestic appliances store in Tirana in 2002, but as a result of hard work and dedication, the company now has 6 main showrooms in cities like Tirana, Fier, and Vlore, and has more than 30 partners around Albania. Electromagic introduced for the first time the German brand Miele to the Albanian market, which is also known as the world’s leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances. Miele also meets the needs of businesses with their professional line “Miele Professional” which offers quality appliances for hotels, restaurants, bars, and laundry. With the growth, development, and recognition of customer and market needs, Electromagic expanded in 2010 with the Spanish brand TEKA which originated from Germany. TEKA offers a different big range of home appliances including sinks and taps. In 2017, Electromagic expanded by adding the Vox Electronics brand, which meets its customers’ needs with the best quality-to-price ratio for domestic appliances and small kitchen appliances. Vox Electronics is a well-known international brand with its headquarters in Beograd. Electromagic provides the best technical service to its customers, having an in-house service department. The quality of our customers’ lives is really important to us, therefore we create relationships with our customers, not transactions.
