Texas-based Element Fuels has designed and permitted the first new refinery
on the U.S. Gulf Coast since the 1970s. The refinery is designed to process American light shale oil into some of the cleanest fossil based fuels in the United States due to our innovative approach to hydrogen and power generation while utilizing the latest advanced technologies provided by some of the world’s leading power generation and engineering firms. Element Fuels’ refinery will serve as an industry-leading example of the sustainable economy by using excess hydrogen to produce low carbon intensity fuels.
