Element GP Inc.

Element GP Inc. (“ELEMENT”), an Alberta based company, has submitted a cannabis cultivation and extraction application to Health Canada to become a licensed producer of medical and recreational marijuana. ELEMENT intends to build a 85,000 square foot high-technology, micro climate controlled, vertical grow, cannabis cultivation and extraction facility in Clearwater County approximately 15 km north of Sundre, Alberta. At ELEMENT we have developed a business model where we can convert a 85,000 sq. ft. building with a conventional flowering space of 20,000 sq. ft. into a usable flower space of 120,000 sq. ft. Moreover, this occurs all within the same small footprint. In essence, we are doing for farming what high-rise apartments have done for housing. This means that instead of 5,000 kg. per annum of dry marijuana, we can produce over 30,000 kg per annum in the same footprint, which significantly increases profitability.
