Element Midstream

Element Midstream was formed in April 2020 with a vision to provide infrastructure solutions in partnership with Producers that create value in nearly any commodity price environment. Based in Denver, Colorado, Element Midstream is focused on acquisitions, consolidation and optimization in the following Basins: Rockies, Permian, Eagle Ford and Mid-Continent. Midstream service offerings will include central production facilities; natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and treating; crude oil and water gathering; product transportation and downstream marketing. Element is pursuing select acquisition and greenfield opportunities.
