USP - All workshops are preceded by at least 2 weeks of understanding specific issues and then designing curriculum. Post training, we specialize in monitoring the effectiveness of the training delivered so that the client gets the biggest bang for its bucks. Consulting Services In our consulting division (led by a former McKinsey Engagement Manager) we don’t just consult but actually partner with the business to understand detailed requirements, do extensive benchmarking, provide customized solutions, hand hold in implementation, monitor results and finally consolidate learning’s. Employability Training We provide a rigorous 120 hour ‘employability’ intervention in B-schools/engineering colleges with the aim to provide a pool of trained manpower to the industry. We give a 25% placement commitment to our partners. We have partnered with various MNCs, SMEs and Start-ups as our hiring partners. 25% of our training is delivered by IIT/IIM alumni.
