Elements Coaching & Development

I provide development and coaching for individuals and companies. I have spent the last 20 years working in Learning & Development, primarily designing and delivering training programmes. Since 2006 I have been working independantly under the Elements banner, working on contracts with LRI Ltd, Perth College and Scottish Government. My NLP experience ensures I make connections with clients and develop the appropriate solution for them.
