Our mission is to empower children and young people by connecting them with well-being essentials: Physical, Environmental, Social, and Mental. 💧 Our 1 to 5 Model ensures: Child's Sense of Connection: Cultivating belonging and appreciation in a supportive environment. 💧 Partnership with Elementors: Building empathetic and respectful relationships to guide personal growth. 💧 Domains of Connection: Strengthening ties within school, home, and community for holistic support. 💧 Elements of Well-being: Addressing all well-being dimensions for comprehensive care. 💧 Elements of Connection: Creating nurturing spaces through Patience, Presence, Authenticity, Curiosity, and Creativity. 💧 Meet Friends Of Elements (Team FOE), a vibrant group including an Ofsted inspector, HR specialist, SEMH expert, business experts, bid writer, and social worker. They gather quarterly to provide insights for growth and accountability. Our initiatives include the Peer Mentorship Programme, created by founder Steven Russell and co-leader Susanna, aiming to support and uplift young people. Elements CIC is dedicated to mentoring projects, while Elements Education & Training Ltd equips educators with essential skills.
