Meet Friends Of Elements (Team FOE), a vibrant group including an Ofsted inspector, HR specialist, SEMH expert, business experts, bid writer, and social worker. They gather quarterly to provide insights for growth and accountability.
Our initiatives include the Peer Mentorship Programme, created by founder Steven Russell and co-leader Susanna, aiming to support and uplift young people.
Elements CIC is dedicated to mentoring projects, while Elements Education & Training Ltd equips educators with essential skills.
