About Me I’m Eleni, I am the proud founder of ‘Eleni Online Coaching’. I have been in the fitness industry for over half a decade, developing a true passion for helping clients reach their gaols. Throughout my experience I have myself reached to the level to compete in Bodybuilding shows, Federations including the Arnolds, and continue to do so. My experience here allows me to further develop my knowledge on training and nutrition. Despite my own journey, I have helped people from all different walks of life, from someone who has never stepped foot in a gym before to pro athletes. My knowledge and experience has proven I can get anybody to reach their desired goals. I specialise in body transformation packages, working with people who achieve their goals in the shortest time and most enjoyable way possible. All of this can be achieved remotely through my online coaching platform.
