The approach is collaborative, transparent, and rigorous. I work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges and to define an approach that delivers the maximim impact within budget and time constraints. Sometimes this means I am less involved, and simply provide advice at key points. At other times, I support planning a research programme as a whole or just review individual materials. Sometimes I’m involved in delivering research or evaluation end to end. We would discuss this at the outset and agree a way forward.
