Founded in 2021, Eleology’s core mission is producing Organic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sustainable at every stage, from the beginning of cultivation to the moment it reaches our homes. Through our network of specialists, we collect organic EVOO from all over Greece, based on strict quality criteria and from producers who are genuinely sensitive and committed to preserving and respecting the benefits of the land. We see ourselves as an Organization that empowers sustainable oil farmers in Greece . All our products are organic certified (GR- BIO-01 GREECE AGRICULTURE). Our organic extra virgin olive oil travels to Austria, Germany, Spain, Romania, Japan, China and South Korea and it is awarded for its quality and packaging in a number of International EVOO competitions, including Los Angeles 2025, Athena 2025, Joop Japan 2025 and Olive Japan 2025.
