Elephant Box was founded in 2015 by Liz Watson & Joy Bariana. We are united by the desire to help solve the problem of plastic waste. We started Elephant Box because we were fed up with the lack of alternative to plastic lunchboxes and decided it was time to do something about it! Our products are designed to replace disposables and plastic — helping people reduce the rubbish they create. With the help of crowdfunding we launched our first lunchbox -The Elephant Box - and we have continued to develop new products in response to the growing demand for high quality stainless steel re-usables. We give back 1% of our turnover through membership of 1% For The Planet & support UK based environmental charities such as SeaWilding, Surfers Against Sewage & Trees for Cities.
