Elephant Capital is a boutique advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs raise Venture capital. We have been raising capital for startups since 2018 and successfully raised over $15mn+ capital for ventures like Milkbasket, Vahdam Teas, Nupay, Cusmat, Procureyard among others. We are not a lead generation investment bank but a full fledged advisory firm where we handhold entrepreneurs from brainstorming their pitch deck to term sheet negotiations and due diligence advisory. Kashif Alam the founder has over 20 years of experience across banking, management consulting and Venture capital before he founded Elephant Capital. He use to previously work for Mumbai Angel's and Let's Venture heading their Delhi offices and has extensive experience in analyzing startups and using metrics to draw probabilities of funding potential. As a value add to startups Elephant Capital also works as an Advisor to early stage companies looking to manage investor relations, ESOP pools and sell secondary shares. Elephant Capital boasts of a large network of VC's, family offices, angels and LP's in India an abroad. We also selectively help AIF's with Venture equity and debt with niche mandates raise capital. We have successfully raised capital for two large funds with excellent pedigree. Finally, our aim at Elephant Capital is to contribute to the startup ecosystem and nurture more young entrepreneurs and hence Kashif, personally provides mentoring sessions to college graduates, incubators and young entrepreneurs looking to navigate the startup world.
