Elephant's Heart

Elephant's Heart is a coaching and healing practice offering support to people experiencing burnout, wanting to reconnect with themselves and reimagine life - this time on their own terms. Working with clients, I use a wide range of somatic, mindfulness and spiritual practices that go beyond the conscious mind and speak to the root cause of burnout and its underlying ancestral, collective and individual trauma. Burnout can materialise in many different ways: - depression and/or anxiety - issues with staying focused - chronic stress - issues with sleep, including insomnia - deep feelings of self-doubt and not enoughness - spiralling thoughts - shame and guilt about the way you show(ed) up in life or your response towards certain events It took me a long time to make sense of things in my burnout journey and this has driven me to create a space, in which you can access the information as well as tools and methods that are effective. Sense-making is a must - if you don't understand where you're at, there's not much you can do about it. And once the cognitive awareness is there, the right tools and methods are important to support you in: a) connecting to your own inner wisdom b) responding wisely to the opportunity of reassessing your life that burnout brings c) reclaiming your energy and all that's been lost on the way d) getting crisp on your vision of what a good life is Instagram: @elephants_heart_practice
