There is nothing more discouraging than finding your initiative being blocked by something that people refuse to discuss. We have seen countless projects shut down because the group held a belief that was no longer true, relevant or helpful and no one dared to challenge it. We believe that in this iVUCA world, interconnected, Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous, more than ever, we need the tools and the willingness to deal with each one of these elephants. Past experiences quickly become part of the culture in an organization.
