Elettra has organized the internal processes following the structure and philosophy of the UNI EN ISO 9001, reaching the certification since 2006. Working together with the BG-Berufsgenossenschaft, the Fastwash system got also the product certification GS-Mark .
Sales, Technical Office, Manufacturing and After Sale Service are strictly linked together in a continuous workflow with a common focus : the Customer’s satisfaction. Flexibility and networking are the basis to build up a real competence but a further improvement comes from the integration of knowledge and competence of selected partners.
Also thanks to them Elettra can achieve more results in the R&D application. Since the very beginning Elettra has been looking for new possibilities to reduce the waste and optimize the accessories for the printing process handling.
