After serving in the Air Force for over 31 years, leading from the squadron-level to a Combatant Command, I transitioned to the civilian world, eager to share the leadership and experience I gained to help others. As a consultant and executive coach, I help individuals and teams to navigate complex problems, lead high-performing teams, and achieve optimal performance and results. I encourage and develop strategic thinking to help clients set clear goals and overcome challenges. My clients have seen significant improvements in productivity, reaching organizational goals and objectives, higher confidence, and better communication. I also have a passion for professional development, honed during twelve years as an instructor and mentor for accredited institutions, including the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center, Joint Special Operations University, Air University, and National Defense University. I’m known for my personal approach and ability to connect, build trust, and facilitate client growth. Outside of work, I enjoy challenging myself with outdoor adventures. I have hiked thousands of miles since retiring from the Air Force, completing three of America’s National Scenic Trails: the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail, the 486-mile Colorado Trail, and the 165-mile Tahoe Rim Trail. My passion for pushing my limits translates well into my approach to teaching, coaching, and mentoring. I share my insights and experiences from my five-month hike from Mexico to Canada in my book, Five Million Steps—Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail After Three Decades of Service to Our Nation.
