Difficult and overwhelming problems call for innovative solutions. We have created an innovation that addresses the core concern on the mind of every teenager, every day: themselves. Coaching methods as a practice and through our group coaching process allows the students to work on what is most important to them rather than something imposed on them by others. We trust the coaching process to engage young people in solving their own problems or reaching their own goals by being led through insightful questions to explore their options, understand who they are in their unique situations and determine attainable action steps to move forward.
