We lead M&A transactions from beginning to end with every aspect meticulously analyzed & directed, including sourcing buyers or targets, driving outbounds, managing diligence, negotiating all aspects of transaction (term sheets, LOIs, DAs), engaging with, and regularly presenting to Board of Directors, and partnering with other advisors (lawyers, accountants) to the closing of the transaction. For financing transactions, we serve as consultant guiding management teams on key aspects of the process. We advise CEO’s on strategic matters including engaging with counterparties, navigating proposals and managing key stakeholders; guide CFO and financial teams on detailed development and presentation of financial models; consult CRO organizations on business development initiatives with appropriate partners.
