Elevated Care is a licensed disability service provider in Utah. We provide innovative solutions for adults with disabilities who may find traditional agency practices inadequate. Our mission is to truly elevate the life experiences of individuals in our program, offering opportunities often inaccessible to them compared to their neurotypical peers.
Our Day Services include unique access to a community-based equestrian facility, integrating the therapeutic benefits of horses, which have been shown to significantly support individuals with mental and physical disabilities. In addition to equine therapy, we offer various community-based activities to help adults develop social skills, explore hobbies, and find creative outlets for self-expression.
We also provide housing options and comprehensive support services to address a range of needs, ensuring that our clients have a holistic and supportive environment.
