Rather than lock our customers into long term engagements, we allow our clients to start and stop our service as they please. We want keep their business as a result of the good work we do, not our ability to craft a contract.
Following the theme of flexibility, we don't require clients to give us test plans, design documents, or any sort of training material. We build testers that are capable to testing without any hand holding and without ever having seen a build of a given game. Additionally, the teams we work with are allowed to communicate as much or as little with our team as they like, whether that's being totally hands off and waiting for us to send results or micromanaging every aspect of testing. We conform to the norms of each developer to ensure that we're never headache for anyone on the teams we serve.
All new clients get 100 free hours at the start of testing, and they can stop using us at any point without any penalty if we aren't the right fit.
