Elevated Coaching & Consulting was founded on a bold vision by Founder and Managing Director Kylie van Luyn. After two decades of working across international development, employment equity, and leadership strategy, Kylie saw firsthand how trauma, exclusion, and unsafe workplaces could hold individuals and organisations back. Driven by a desire to disrupt the status quo, she launched Elevated Coaching & Consulting in 2021 from her home base in Sydney, Australia, with a mission to create safer, more inclusive, and empowering environments where all people can thrive. With a background in Human Rights, Social Impact, and Psychotherapy, and a professional background in coaching, diversity strategy, and positive psychology, Kylie brought a unique combination of academic expertise and lived experience to the business. She designed a service model that didn’t just tick compliance boxes, but centred human wellbeing, workplace dignity, and cultural responsiveness. The Elevated approach was different, deeply personal, and focused on long-term change. Soon, a growing number of organisations across Australia and abroad were seeking something more than traditional consulting. With increasing demand, Kylie expanded the business globally, building a diverse team of specialists and launching operations in the United States and Canada. From virtual coaching sessions to in-person workshops, from government departments to small training providers, Elevated Coaching & Consulting has now supported thousands of individuals in leading with confidence and creating more inclusive, safer workplaces.
