Richard Milner At ElevatED Pedagogy, our mission is to support schools and organizations on their journey to cultural responsiveness and create empowered teams who consistently examine current practices through a cultural lens to optimize their strengths, elevate what is already working well and identify opportunities to grow. Our team of passionate educators is committed to helping school communities create a shared vision for enacting a Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education (CRSE) with efficacy so that all students and families are seen, heard, and valued. As partners in this work, we will build a shared understanding of CRSE by exploring the role of cultural identity, authentic partnerships with students and families, and a culturally responsive-sustaining instructional approach to create welcoming and affirming environments that remove barriers and honor the diverse lived experiences of our students through dignity and humanity.
