Elevated Prepper is an Urban Disaster Preparedness Resource and Community. We aim to “rebrand” and “normalize” prepping to help urban citizens around the world prepare for the unforeseen. Unlike rural citizens who are often self-reliant, urban citizens are highly dependent on a functioning infrastructure for their daily needs, and many are blissfully unaware of the threats they face living in the city. Few are prepared for disruptions lasting more than a week. Even fewer are prepared for disasters lasting for more than a month. Elevated Prepper was created to help urban dwellers understand these risks, and prepare for them by creating a comprehensive and easy-to-understand guide.
