Our mission is to support business & organisations to recruit, retain and empower female talent. Through coaching, consulting and training we work with businesses to build action plans, develop commercial propositions, supporting women and businesses to move closer towards gender equity. It all started with a joint passion for supporting women in the workplace and a belief that there is still a massive struggle when it comes to reaching both equality and equity. However, our journey is also deeply personal. It stemmed from us as women having experienced personal challenges in our careers and life where we lacked support, and these challenges had a profound impact on how we performed both at home and at work. At ElevateHer, our mission is not just a professional endeavour; it's a heartfelt commitment born from our own experiences. We intimately understand the hurdles, biases, and disparities that persist in today's professional world because we've navigated them ourselves. We know the toll it can take on personal and professional growth. Our personal experiences have fuelled our determination to create change. We believe that women deserve more than just a seat at the table – they deserve to thrive, lead, and inspire.
