ElevateRA, is an organization providing mentorship services to girls. The mission is to employ preventative educational tools to help girls cultivate a growth mindset as they develop their unique identities. Our bespoke programme offers eight one-to-one mentoring sessions designed to provide a solution to help young girls tackle whatever is holding them back. The programme seeks to celebrate and embrace unique differences to bolster self-belief. ElevateRA’s curriculum is designed to work in conjunction with conventional educational approaches. Our sessions help young folks harness the skills of confidence, empathy, resilience, emotional intelligence, and kindness that will serve them throughout their lives. Alongside, the mentorship programme, ElevateRA collaborates with schools by running workshops for parents and pupils, delivers a wellbeing curriculum, and offers teacher training. The Elevate Podcast hosts a series of conversations with educators, creatives, change-makers and thought leaders to help shift the narrative for young girls and offer support for parents, carers and teachers.
