Inclusive Graduates is the not-for-profit arm of the executive search firm Inclusive Boards. It connects undergraduates and young professionals from underreprented groups across the UK with outstanding employers. We identify these groups as: ethnic minorities, women, young people from low socio-economic groups and students from non-Russell Group universities.
We have a network of 30,000 members 50% of which are female and 30% African-Caribbean men. We have built our network of diverse undergraduates, graduates and professionals through our engaging range of activities delivered across the UK via the Great Debate Tour (GDT). GDT is the largest national debate forum targeted at cultural communities on campuses across the UK, to our African-Caribbean Alumni Network (A-CAN). A-CAN consists of role model Black undergraduates and recent graduates.
