We are well capitalized through a $423 million line of equity from a syndicate of investors led by Pine Brook Road Partners and a borrowing base credit facility led by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. We have acquired or leased approximately 35,000 net acres prospective for the Wolfcamp, Bone Spring, Devonian and Delaware sands.
