Experiential Learning Facilitator

We’ve been dedicating our lives to help people to grow their potential since 1992. From well-known words we hear, “Logic will get you from A to B, but imagination will take you everywhere”. We agreed upon that. We concern on how people these days live in a busy and instant life that they rarely have chance to reflect (to imagine experiences), despite it is the best way to learn. Therefore, we inspired to to provide nursery for human growth called ELF (Experiential Learning Facilitator) to nurture human nature purpose. WHAT WE DO. We listen. There is no exact formula when dealing with human. We embrace different stories, needs, struggles, experiences, and we adapt to them. We design. Through learning programs, we collaborate with clients to explore any possibilities to find what works. We facilitate. We do believe that everybody is their best teacher. So instead of telling concepts and theories, we help one create their own understanding which, undoubtedly, will be the most relevant. In the future, we aspired to be home for those value experiences and learn from it.
